The J/24 is still the same well-deserved 24-ka model in 1977. It is still produced according to the principle of "best is the enemy of the good" with the same lines, weapons, and — most importantly! — exactly with the same displacement. This is the true meaning of one design. Today, the J/24 is available (besides the U.S.) in Argentina, Italy and Japan, and released the entire fleet sold in about fifty countries, forming nearly one hundred and fifty regional fleets.
