The Bali 4.1 catamaran model has been produced by the Catana shipyard since 2019. It has a fiberglass hull, which is 12.35 meters long, 6.72 meters wide, and has a draft of 1.12 meters. The ship has twelve seats and eight berths for passengers. International CE (A) certification allows it to operate on the high seas.

The cockpit of the catamaran has a closed cockpit with a hard roof, which is equipped with a captain's post with an adjustable steering wheel and a compact sofa, as well as several soft sun loungers. Inside the cockpit, on the starboard side, there is an electronic control panel, and on the left is a galley with a sink, oven and electric ovens, a refrigerator, a bar counter and several drawers for groceries. In front of them are two corner sofas and a wooden dining table, and on the sides are doors leading to the ship's cabins.

The sleeping quarters are equipped with double beds, wardrobes, spacious lockers for personal belongings and bathrooms with showers in separate rooms. Chairs with writing desks are located between the Bali 4.1 sleeping cabins.

Outside the cockpit of the catamaran there is a soft sofa, and on the sides there are passages leading to the bow platform, equipped with a corner sofa, two compact tables and a spacious sunbed. Aft of the model is a spacious platform with a folding ladder for access to the water and a towing attachment.

The sail area of the catamaran is 105 m². The model is equipped with two stationary motors with a power of 20 or 40 hp. The fuel tank has a capacity of 400 liters and the water tank 800 liters.
