The ENIGMA shipyard was conceived and implemented as a private company. The accumulated experience allowed us to start full-cycle serial production right from the start - we make boats from scratch, assemble, test, sheathe.
European quality was chosen as the # 1 problem. To achieve the goal, the problem of the optimal thermal regime in the molding shop was immediately solved by modifying an automobile paint-drying chamber for fiberglass production. The abandonment of the sputtering technology with short-cut fiberglass, combined with high temperatures, ensured the maximum density and lightness of the cases. Our best people have devoted a lot of effort to bringing the matrices to an ideal state. Any vessel we offer today is completely handmade, very high quality work.
The second, no less important task of the company is to maintain a policy of low prices while providing the maximum package of guarantees, including warranty (2 years for any of our products) and post-warranty service. Almost all components are manufactured in our workshops, less often they are purchased directly, bypassing intermediaries. We have minimized the time for the release of ships while monitoring compliance with the technology at all stages.
Our own sewing workshop and its products are our pride and decoration of ships. The upholstered interiors are made with automotive quality and are sewn from German Vowalon marine vinyl with polyurethane foam. For the manufacture of awnings we use stainless steel, special fittings and tear-resistant materials of any shade.
The main thing that helped us get the result is a team of professionals working on the project. And, of course, hard work over the past five years has allowed us to present new models with AMG bodies.
