The Cadet RIB Alu 240 is available from Zodiac since 2017. It has international CE (C) certification and can only be operated within coastal waters. The ship has seats for three passengers, and its carrying capacity is 300 kilograms. It is equipped with an aluminum casing with inflatable balloons having a length of 2.73 meters and a width of 1.67 meters.
The boat cockpit is equipped with mounts for installing a removable wooden bench, under which there is space for accommodating drawers. Anti-slip notches with several valves for draining water are mounted on its floor. On the sides of the vessel, near the bench and on the bow, fasteners are installed for the safety of passengers, and next to them are handles for transportation. At the stern of the Zodiac Cadet RIB Alu 240 there is a space for water skiing and two towing attachments.
The case and accessories are painted gray-white. The boat is equipped with a pair of plastic oars with special mounts and oarlocks, a repair kit and a train rope. The owner can install an outboard motor with a power of up to 6 hp on the vessel. and weighing no more than 25 kilograms.
