This Nautor Swan 431 is a Single Owner Yacht modestly campaigned on the East Coast and is now being sold by the Estate of the original owner. The original teak deck has been removed and fiber-glassed over then painted. The general condition of the boat is in very good condition considering her age. Mast, Standing Rod Rigging, and Harken Roller furling units have been replaced. The Perkins Engine is in very good condition, All Garmin Electronics have been replaced due to lightning strike nearby.
