Deck and Hull Equipment

Deck Fittings:

• Grab Rail:  Stainless hand rails along sides of super structure and others at various locations on vessel.  Good condition.

• Cleats:  All cleats are tight and in good condition.

• Windlass/Gipsy:  Make:  Ideal anchor windless with foredeck controls and helm controls.  Untested.  Test at sea trial.

Hull Construction

• Strainers/Scoops/Screens:  Engine pickup strainers are external bronze alloy perforated type. Serviceable.

• Rudder:  Cast bronze.  Zinc protected, and Serviceable.

• Rudder Mounting:  Rudder mounting is serviceable.  No noticeable play in bushings.

• Exterior Thru-Hulls:  Above the waterline:  A combination of Plastic mushroom head thru-hulls and Bronze thru-hulls.  All are serviceable.  The underwater thru-hulls are bronze and in serviceable condition.

• Grounding Plate & Hull Anodes:  This vessel has a grounding plate in good condition.

• Transducers:  All Transducers are in well mounted.

Galley Equipment

Standard Apartment size refridgerator installed within past 4 years. Convection oven not operable.  Two burner electric built-in cooktop, sink, ample storage.  Corian counters in good condition.

Accommodations

Description from Survey in 2016:

• Accommodations:  V-berth sleeps two. The Settee converts to sleep two by dropping the dining table into the “U” shaped settee.  The Salon couch sleeps one.
• Joinery and Finish:  The joinery and finish of the teak interior is in good condition.
• Interior Bulkheads: The interior bulkheads were finely fit and in good condition.
• Storage Areas:  The cabinets, lockers, drawers, and shelving were all well crafted and in good condition.
• Headliners:  headliner is in good condition.
• Doorways:  The doors all operate as intended.
• Fabric and Cushions:  Cushions are white marine grade vinyl.  Good condition.
• Heads:  Manual Pump “Skipper”
• Head Faucet Fixtures:  The H&C faucet fixtures in the Head operate with a 12VDC demand pump.
• Light Fixtures:  12 volt cabin lights throughout the vessel were operable.
• Salon Furnishings:  There is a two piece corner couch system in the Salon
• Ventilation:  Vent Fans in the Head and Galley were operable.
• Cabin Heating:  There are electric cabin heaters in the Galley and V-berth.  Operable.

Description from 2016 Survey:

MAIN ENGINES

• Type:  Twin Turbo Diesels inboard engines. 
• In 2016 engine hours 2500 +/-
• Lube transfer:  Lubrication transfer system by X-Changer. 
• Engine Shut Down:  Electronic shut down with emergency shut down pull cables.
• Engine Mounts and Bed:  Engine Beds are steel I-beams fastened to transverse stringers with motor mounts bolted to the I-beams.  Good condition.
• Ventilation:  Natural, flow ventilation provided by hull vents.
• Bilge Blowers:  Powered ventilation is provided by flex hoses connected to a blower and out a deck vent. 
• Exhaust System:  Raw water cooled with cast iron risers and flexible exhaust hose connected to mufflers, then exiting through transom mounted fittings.  Hoses are marine exhaust hose and are serviceable, all connections are double clamped.
• Insulation:  Aluminized foam rubber sound deadening insulation was attached to engine hatches.
• Engine Alarms:  Engine alarms and warning lights are located at the engine instrument panel on the bridge.

COOLING SYSTEM

• Raw Water Strainers:  Underwater hull mounted strainers.  Serviceable.  Diverter valves installed can allow engines to act as pumps pulling water out of flooding bilges.

ACCESSORIES

• There is a cockpit wet bar with a cold water pressure faucet and sink on the aft deck.
• Halogen underwater transom lights are operable.

Navigation Systems
