Boatyard photos taken December 17, 2021. Boat just had fresh anti-fouling, hull polishing, and prop speed on reconditioned props and running gear. Just moved back to her home dock in Jupiter and ready for a new owner.
A very special offering, built by one of the legends of Carolina Sportfishing, this beauty has the classic retro looks combined with the restyled bridge deck and cabin of a current model vessel. When this refit was started, the boat had already been repowered having a pair of 370hp Cummins 6BTA 5.9 diesels installed in 2006. Both motors have been rebuilt since and have low hours since and full updates. During vessel refit, the boat was stripped down to the bare hull except for the engines, tanks, and teak cockpit. Being an in-house project of a well-known Stuart, FL boatyard, she went through 20 months of rebuilding and the final result is impressive. This is a boat that is a pleasure to view and she looks great - fishes like a dream.
