De ZOE 1200 is zeer geschikt als houseboat voor gebruik in de zomermaanden. Maar kan ook tegen meerprijs geïsoleerd worden. Standaard ijsbestendig.
Deze houten houseboat heeft een warme uitstraling en is uitermate geschikt voor verhuur en gebruik gedurende de zomermaanden. De constructie opbouw is gemaakt van staal en hout maar wel gebouwd op drijvers van Poleytheen die geschikt zijn tegen kou en ijs. Het dak en de vloer kunnen tegen meerprijs geisoleerd worden waardoor winterverblijf beter mogelijk is. Buitenboordmotor 15 tot 20 pk is optioneel.
