Buttercup features a large v-berth forward and and a large head with intregal shower.
The salon offers seating on twin facing setees with upholstery in good condition, both of which pull out for sleeping and a bulkhead mounted table.  The galley has cold machine refrigeration, sink and a gimbaled LP gas stove with oven.

The cockpit is large with a foward placed helm with seat and is protected by newer bimini and dodger.  Aft you'll find a secondary chain locker to accomodate a stern anchor and a dedicated and vented propane locker.

1982 Pearson P35 

A great sailing, heavily built blue water capable boat.
Designed by Bill Shaw, the Pearson 35 CB is a rugged, versatile sailboat with classic lines and excellent sailing performance. With the centerboard up, she can take you into water only 3' 9" deep, perfect for Southwest Florida - with the board down, her performance to windward is highly efficient. This model was so successful that they were built for 14 years and hold their value well.
