Four burner gimballed gas cooker with oven and grill. Twin stainless steel sinks with 2021 galley tap. Cool box. Aft cabin to port with double berth. Separate heads to starboard with marine toilet and washbasin. Pressurised fresh water system - 90l tank capacity.

Located under the companionway. 1989 Yanmar 3GM30, 27hp, marine diesel engine. Electric start. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft drive to folding three bladed propeller. Single lever control. 60l fuel capacity in steel tank. Hours unknown. Professionally serviced in 2019 and owner serviced 2020/21. Racor fuel filters, 2018.
Spars & Sails
Fractionally rigged. Anodised aluminium mast and boom, 1989. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2007. Running rigging - 2018 Dyneema genoa and main halyards, topping lift and reefing lines. Headsail furling system. Slab reefing mainsail. Lines led aft to cockpit. Two Lewmar control line winches. Four Lewmar self tailing sheet winches.
Built in 1989 by Dehler Yachts to a design by Van de Stadt. White GRP hull with style stripes. White GRP superstructure with light grey painted non slip decks. Aft self draining cockpit. Spade hung rudder. Wheel steering. Fin keel.
All Lewmar portlight perspex replaced, 2001. Gas system certified and new regulator, 2019. 2018 - Rudder bearing tube replaced and new Jeffa bearings fitted, Cockpit seats replaced with Iroko and marine ply, all underwater skin fitting and valves replaced with bronze units plus New marine toilet and plumbing.
