In late September she was surveyed by a highly regarded surveyor, please look at the hull and deck section for a brief summary of the findings. The net net of the survey is that there are structural repairs that are needed that are not justified by the value of the boat. That said she will be fine sailing coastal and in bays for several years but will ultimately become inadequate for that and need to be salvaged hence the price reduction from $35,000 to $12,500.
