2021 installed davit crane and dinghy. Installed 4 LED underwater lights complete new bottom. Chipped all gelcoat off underwater line. Replaced through hole fittings including hoses and clamps. Sealed fiberglass bottom. Three coats of primer One coat of black underwater paint two coats of green tropic coat and a fourth coat around the water line. Prop glide on shafts and props.

2012 Installed two new Yanmar with transmissions shafts and props. In 2020 install two new marine reverse cycle air conditioners with pumps strainers and hoses. In 2021 install two new Rutter stuffing boxes steering rack helm pump with new hydraulic lines. Replaced every zinc including shaft and props. Installed new northern lights 6KW generator. New Lewmar windlass with 35 foot of chain and 400 foot of rope. Removed all water coolers cleaned and flushed completely with new gaskets repainted And reinstalled
I am losing my dock space I must sell this boat This was my uncles boat. He purchased this boat in 2008 and it was a live aboard when he was a yacht captain In the year 2012 he installed the new engines and did a bunch of work for this boat as he was planning to go to the Bahamas. Uncle Jim fell ill with leukemia from Vietnam. In 2020 I moved him down to the keys as it was getting hard for him to get on and off the boat. I took the boat over and start it making routine upgrades. I have been on several fishing trips. And I brought her from fort pierce Florida two marathon key Florida. Taking a four day trip from Marathon out to the dried Tortugas. My wife does not really enjoy the big dog so we're not going to keep her. I also have a slip that I own and marathon key that will be for sale after the boat is sold. The boat slip and the boat could go together if you're looking for a boat slip in the keys this can be arranged.
