1992 Jamestowner 62’x16’ Houseboat, “Who’s Spoiled?” Share #13 of 13 Shares. Moored in uncovered slip in E-Docks at Bullfrog Marina. This boat has been carefully maintained annually and kept in excellent condition. It has many new features, and offers everything you could want in a multi-ownership houseboat on Lake Powell. This Share has 4 scheduled weeks per calendar year--one each quarter, but yearly dues cover 1 week only. Using more than one week per year is $400/week if the boat is taken out of the slip, and $150/week if the boat is left in the slip.
Turn-around is on Saturdays, The schedule rotates forward 1 week each year. Other Owners are always willing to trade weeks with you if your scheduled week doesn’t work.
Who’s Spoiled? has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two adjoining bedrooms with full-size beds, and lots of sleeping pads for sleeping under the stars. It has 2 air-conditioners (replaced with new in 2016 and 2017), a water heater, two recently re-modeled bathrooms-one with a shower, and a stackable washer and dryer located in the hall. There is a remodeled kitchen area complete with propane stove/oven, microwave, and large French Door refrigerator/freezer. A chest freezer is located on the front deck. Kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and all cooking utensils. There is a large outdoor barbeque grill on the front deck.
The boat is powered by twin 3L 135 HP Mercruiser engines with Alpha 1 outdrives, recently rebuilt and well maintained by one of the Owners, who is a former Navy mechanic/electrician. The engines are fueled by 3 x 90-gallon gas tanks, and there is a 100-gallon Toy Tank on the upper deck. Electrical house power is provided on the lake by a 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator as well as recently installed solar panels providing battery and house power. AC shore power is available while in the slip. There are currently 2 x 60-gallon fresh water tanks and 2 x 60-gallon holding tanks on the boat. *The current plan is to replace the holding tanks before the 2019 season begins. ultra-filtered lake water to fresh water system and industrial icemaker. Upper deck is equipped with a flying bridge, large new solid top canopy and swim slide. Other amenities: flat screen TV and DVR player in living area, and stereo system throughout boat…everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation on Lake Powell!
This is a wonderful group of Owners who are easy to work with and take pride in their work on this houseboat!
