Accommodations and Layout

The forward V-Berth is the master cabin and will sleep two.  Aft and to port is a hanging locker and to starboard is the head compartment with separate stall shower.  The main salon consists of port and starboard settees with a starboard upper pilot berth.  The navigation station is to starboard and the U shaped gallery is to port.   The large cockpit aft has port, starboard and aft lazarette storage lockers.

Allouez is a 1978 Pearson 365 Ketch that was originally sold by our dealership. The first owner took delivery at the factory in Bristol RI and brought to the great lakes eventually ending up in Charlevoix.  She is being offered by only her second owner.  We have all the service records dating back to Spring of 1996 for your review.  Allouez has now been hauled for winter storage and can be seen by appointment.
