Very well maintained, she is a stunning looking yacht in nice condition. She has the benefit of a more modern design which offers a lot of interior volume for the length, with the relatively high freeboard and wide beam adding to this interior space. The teak deck and varnished teak coamings, cockpit and toe rails add a touch of classic charm.

A unique opportunity to acquire a piece of yachting history with this beautiful Sparkman and Stephens yacht, the construction of which was personally overseen by Olin Stephens, in the UK. Sparkman Stephens 37 Designed in 1975 by Olin Stephens as a yacht for mass production in the USA which was to be known as the Tartan 37. A plan for a British variant, the Condor 37, was developed for the European market and approximately 12 of these are known to exist. This vessel is made from moulded mahogany and was built as the plug from which the mould was produced, but it had always been intended to complete her as a finished yacht. The bare hull was taken by H E Wright who fitted out and completed her as a cruiser racer. During her life she has been cruised and raced successfully by previous owners and has proven her speed and manageability on the classic race circuit.
