Upgraded and extremely well maintained vessel. "Priority" has the 1/4" hull and it has no corrosion. She has been on Lake Beresford (strictly fresh water) in DeLand, FL for the last 3 1/2 years. This boat fires right up and is perfect to live aboard or use for entertaining as well as cruising. It is clean, comfortable and cozy. The salon has new leather electric recliners and a new leather electric loveseat that reclines fully horizontal for sleeping. New nautical furnishings round out this very welcoming salon. Cabin walls are made of vacuum bagged sandwich of outer fiberglass, outer plywood, foam insulation, inner plywood and inner fiberglass liner. They have much better insulating and sound deadening properties than most houseboats.
Accommodations:
Starting at the bow there is a spacious forward deck that has cushioned seating, entry gates at either side and abundant storage below. Tinted sliding glass door takes you into the cabin where the lower helm is to the starboard and spacious room and brand new leather seating. A large hatch below the helm makes for easy access to below deck equipment. A large LG Television is on a 45* angle to the salon with cabinetry below. The Galley is described above. A central companionway brings you to the large head on the starboard side with full size tub and shower as well as over and under washer/dryer. This head is comfortable! To the port side is a step down double cuddy (one queen and one single). This room is great for younger guests and is private.
Back in the companionway and moving further aft brings you into the Master Stateroom. On the starboard side is a large walk in closet. On the port side is an elevated Queen size bed. Steps on either side allow easy access. Twin night stands, over head reading lights and a second TV complete this room.Sliding glass door leads out onto the aft deck. Outdoor carpeted, this back deck offers storage on the port side, spiral stairs to the upper deck on the starboard, and easy access to the swim platform. A gin-pole is mounted port of the centerline for dingy lifting. A stainless Magma grill, spare Danforth anchor and engine/generator compartment access are all located here.
The upper deck is truly made for entertaining. It's one uninterrupted space from the stern rail to the flybridge. The newer hardtop has been an terrific addition to this boat, as well as the new non-skid paint job to the upper deck. A glass top table for six, two full size lounge chairs, dock box, propane tank hook-up, small refrigerator, sink and cushioned seating in the helm area, make the upper deck fun and comfortable. And the Captain has the best seat of anybody!
