Very well maintained Elan 450 sailing yacht, still looking new, now available in Almería, Spain. Outstanding design by Rob Humphreys with lots of details. This Elan 450 is a fast and true-performance sailing vessel, easy to handle with a small crew. Innovative design offers highly comfortable living space in- and outside. After commercial use by Elan Yachts, the boat was purchased in 2010 by the first private owner and hardly sailed until second current owner purchased in 2017 and completely equipped the boat for world-wide cruising. Numerous investments were made in recent years: teak rubbing strake fitted, keel removed and professionally coated (2018), running rigging replaced, AIS and new VHF antenna incl. cables. cables installed, heating renewed, plotter and complete self steering system incl. linear drive renewed, cockpit table refitted, new AGM battery banks installed, generator Whisperpower installed, new Force10 cooker, solar panels, new battery monitoring and charger/inverter etc. The hull and keel were treated prophylactically with epoxy. Engine in perfect condition with only 1.200 engine hours.
