We are the second owner of Seahaven. She was the personal boat for the production manager at Neptunus Yachts and spent her first 13 summers in freshwater on Lake Ontario and the winter months stored inside the factory. She now sits high and dry on a lift behind our home in St James City Florida. This boat is in excellent condition with 784 hours on the twin 3116 Caterpillar diesels, an 8 KW Onan Generator with 121 hours (new in 2013) , 3 A/C units, bow thruster, new windlass, new interior, inverter and cherrywood interior finish. She has been meticulously maintained by her owners. Fiberglass is in excellent condition. Waxed twice a year. This is a two stateroom/two head layout. The master stateroom has a queen berth, cherrywood cabinets, hanging cedar-lined lockers, master en suite bath with large shower. The guest stateroom has a double bed, cedar-lined locker, guest en suite head with large shower. The galley/dining area has a refrigerator/freezer, two burner ceramic stove, hardwood laminate flooring. The dinette seats four and is directly across from the galley. Two settees are in the Salon.
