IMPORTANT NOTICE: The hull of this houseboat was manufactured in 1997. After use at the Atlanta Olympics as a tour boat it was put in a shed. It was taken out in 2016 and I began the build. None of the accessoried in this boat are older than 3 years and the motor is 2 years old. I listed it as 1997 in the interest of full disclosure but as you see, there is a lot more to the story.
This self built trailerable houseboat has many comforts and conveniences. The 115hp, 4 Stroke Mercury OB sips gas. A recent trip from Eddyville, KY to Paris Landing, TN used 17 gallons then continuing to Birdsong Resort at Camden, TN, just 13 gallons. There is still about 20 percent of interior fit and finish to be done, you can put your personal stamp upon her. I'm available to answer any questions you have and for serious inquiries a 30 minute test cruise can be arranged from Lake Barkey, KY. This would make an excellent live aboard or river/lake cruiser. The trailer that comes with this boat is a new 2019 Palm Beach Trailer Aluminum trailer with 10,000 lb capacity, dual axles and disc brakes on all 4 wheels. I selected this trailer for safety.
