Main saloon is accessed from aft sliding doors from the aft deck or port and starboard pilot house doors. The galley is located forward of the main saloon on the starboard side.

There is a V berth stateroom forward with a filler for a double berth. There is access to the shared head directly aft is the very comfortable full-width VIP stateroom with island queen berth and access to the shared head

There is a Stairway down from the main saloon to the huge Master stateroom with vanity, seating area and loads of closet and storage space. Forward of the Master, accessed from the foyer is the door to the full beam engine room.
There is also a seating area in the pilot house that could be used as a berth if wanted.
The galley is up.

The bottom was painted on May 6 2022. It was sanded and NO BLISTERS were noted. The hull was peeled and reconditioned a few years back and seems to be in excellent condition.
Everything on the boat is operational and exceptionally well cared for.
The vessel was painted in 2014/15 with Alexseal 3 part epoxy and the decks refinished with Kiwigrip antislip.
Complete records are included- have every invoice and receipt owners (S) have spent on the boat since 2006 (previous owner) and current owner in addition to all maintenance records from the previous owner prior to 2006.
This is a very well attend to and well loved vessel.

RARE HARD TO FIND STABILIZED CHEOY LEE 46 LRC
The Cheoy Lee 46 LRC is a unique and very capable model and was built to LLoyds Specs in 1979.
Cheoy Lee incorporated so many innovative features into the design of this model like the three staterooms with a Huge full-with Master Stateroom Room and very large VIP plus a forward V berth stateroom!
The feel of the boat is huge for the length. The yacht incorporates featured fa much larger yacht: covered port and starboard deck walkways, salon aft stairs down to the Master stateroom with a full ensuite head and separate stall shower, the companion way, just forward of the Master, is a stand-up full beam engine room with very reliable Lehman diesels. All systems are easily accessible and well labeled, Fiberglass centerline fuel tanks above the keel ( NOT on the sides,) giving the yacht a great stability - and- NO iron tanks to replace!
Bottom peal and finish job a few years past and a recent (May of 2022) bottom paint, Cutlass bearings checked and all new zincs installed.
Active stabilizers were recently serviced.
mast and boom on the bridge deck make launching the tender a breeze - and can be configured for a stabilizing sail!
