This boat is a must see.  it is in fabulous condition.  We have enjoyed sailing this Pearson since 2003. Built in 1976 we are the second owners.  The upgrades have been made yearly and to make our sailing experience comfortable.  We have to sell this boat because we have decided to live aboard a larger sailboat.
