Accommodation and Deck Layout

There is a forward head with separate shower stall. There is a forward cabin with
double berth to port and stowage to starboard. The main saloon is aft of the forward
accommodations with U shaped dinette to port and settee to starboard. The chart table is  aft to starboard in the main saloon.

The galley is arranged with the sink on centerline over the engine compartment and along the port side running aft to the aft cabin. There is an aft cabin with double berth on centerline. The enclosed aft head is accessible from the aft cabin to starboard. The aft head had a sink, toilet and separate shower stall. Interior joiner work is well maintained. Interior cushions were in serviceable condition.

There is a Samsung 32 inch flat screen TV mounted in the saloon and in the aft cabin. There is  a Sony CD/DVD player for the saloon TV and for the aft cabin TV.

Access to the auxiliary engine is good by removal of access panels in the galley, chart desk and aft head areas.

There is a center cockpit with double lifelines around the periphery of the deck. These terminated at a bow pulpit and stern corner rails. The corner rails were fitted with seats. The stanchions supporting the lifelines were sound. The lifelines are plastic coated stainless steel wire.

There are  teak grab rails mounted on the deckhouse top, finished bright with like new varnish coatings, and stainless steel leaning rails adjacent to the mast.

There is a molded swim platform aft with a stern ladder for use as a swim ladder. 

There is a substantial stainless steel arch over the stern that supported the dinghy davits and various antenna

The canvas dodger is installed over the companionway, and a Bimini top over the helm, with additional canvas stowed on board it seems possible to create a full cockpit enclosure.
