Boat was relocated from a Conley Bottom marina to Jamestown Marina in spring of 2022. Both engines serviced at this time. Spark plugs and batteries replaced. Bilge pump serviced. Generator serviced.

Small houseboat perfect for a cool place to get off the water at Jamestown Marina. Located in a prime slip, just a minutes walk to the ship store, restaurant, and large restroom and shower area. Slip is currently paid through April, must inquire with Marina as to transferability.

Have not begun exterior updates, but all joints were sealed in 2021 with no water intrusion noted. All shore power cables, adapters, and dock lines replaced. Will likely relist after updates to exterior are made in fall of 2022, at a higher price point. Considering sale prior due to some life changes that have resulted in less use than we had anticipated this summer.
