Ahead of its time this well-kept and original owner Ericson 32-3 is the best example of a "Bruce King" design. This Ericson 32 is an able performer with ample sail area. Add to that the almost 50% ballast ratio it might suggest that even with the extra sail area the 32 is capable of still performing above the curve in a breeze and is a very fast cruiser. The Ericson 32 is not only fast, but it boasts a wide 10'10" and even gives 6'2" headroom in the cabin. Inside the cabin you will find a huge aft berth, a V-berth yielding a very comfortable interior and a head with privacy door.
Ericsons are traditionally well-finished cruiser-racers with good sailing characteristics. These boats have the great reputation for having a well thought out layout and good quality construction. This 32 model has the classic layout of having a head located in the forward part of the boat.
