The top floor will easily seat 17 people with an amazing view all around. The boat was just taken out of the water to get the top and the haul professionally waxed as well as two coats of paint on the bottom haul. The props, rutters, and shafts were cleaned up and are in excellent condition. Overall the boat is in above average condition and is perfect to live aboard.
