Accommodation

This is the two cabin version and the owner's aft cabin is especially large and comfortable.  The forward cabin has an island double with an en suite bathroom.  The yacht has been very well looked after, all mattresses were re covered in 2017 and all upholstery replaced at the same time.  Lighting throughout is LED.  The yacht has two reverse cycle air conditioning units, one 8,000 and one 15,000 BTU.  Entertainment from an AM/FM Stereo with Wi-Fi surround sound.

  • Engine battery is 1 x 120 amp AGM  (2020)
• The yacht's charging is from two solar panels (2020) c/w one MPPT 150/70-MC4 Smart Solar controller (2020) totaling 800 watts, VICTRON regulated.   A VICTRON VENUS GX device is connected to the inverter / charger, the solar controller and BMV712 battery monitor which pairs with tablets or IPads and via the VICTRON control App the entire system can be monitored remotely.  This VENUS GX device may also have two tank senders connected to it for display on the remote device.

The Jeanneau 45 is a popular cruising yacht of note, a pleasing twin wheel design giving easy access to the sugar scoop.  This yacht has attractive and comfortable teak laid transom, sole and clean grp decks. 

VIDA LOCA is owned by an experienced yachtsman who has been enjoying his cruising in this region and he enjoys just as much undertaking his maintenance and upgrades of his yacht.  Paul improved the battery set up by going Lithium, new solar panels, MPPT control and an inverter.  He improved his main engine set up by installing new dual RACOR filters and has thoroughly serviced at frequent intervals. 

The yacht is very self sufficient and it has the factory optional extra water tank totaling 420 litres  of water to carry plus the optional extra fuel tank totaling 460 litres.   New standing rigging in 2017 and other choice improvements make this a very attractive listing.
