This Catalina - Morgan Classic, is the much improved version of the truly classic Morgan OutIsland 41 that dominated the Caribbean charter trade in the 1980s, which was the first boat I ever took off shore to the Bahamas in the 1980s. When Catalina Yachts took over Charlie Morgan operation this is one of the models they chose to continue building, though be it with much better sailing performance switch from the sluggish full keel to a modern under-body, and fin keel.
