Aft stateroom features queen walk around sleep number bed with adjoining full bath. Also 40"flat screen tv. Both 454/330 engines have closed loop cooling and electric fuel pumps. Port engine was completely overhauled in 2020 while starboard engine had top end overhaul in 2021. There is a 10 kw Onan generator, Halon fire protection system , and Vacuflush black water system. Also 2 Cruisair reverse cycle Hvac systems.
2 vhf dash mounted radios, 3 am/fm/cd radios, depth sounder, Sentry gas vapor detector with remote indicator in aft cabin. Lighted compass on each helm.
This is a fully operational twin helm vessel. It has a flybridge cover as well as a Bimini top and bomar covers.
Full size refrigerator/freezer, Princess 3 burner electric stove with oven, microwave and small appliances. Twin deep stainless sinks and under cabinet lighting. All original overhead lights have been converted to LED in the entire boat.
This aft cabin motor yacht was a fresh water boat until 7 years ago when I brought it to Marco Island, Florida. We have been living aboard for 6 months every year since. There is the potential to leave it at the current location for a year. Those details could be worked out with the slip owner.
