I am the second owner and I know the first owner. The boat has been meticulously maintained since day one. Alawys kept on a boat lift, no bottom paint. Used mainly for scuba diving and fishing. Also day trips to Anclote island and resturants. Cruise to the middle grounds quick and dry. Exrtras include Full set of Isenglass, 4 man "Revere" life raft, life jackets, throw ring, tool set, dock lines and bumpers.
Nothing to fix, just turn both keys and go.
Time to downsize and retire.
