HULL, DECK, AND COCKPIT
The eye-catching hull and deck is built for strength, speed, comfort, and is forgiving under sail. The generous beam carries far aft which helps provide for a spacious and open, yet secure, cockpit and generous space belowdecks.
The boat is designed be able to be easily singlehanded. All lines run aft, there is great visibility from both helm stations as well as a B&G log repeater. Autopilot and engine controls are located at the starboard helm. The self-tacking roller furling jib and two electric winches greatly minimize the workload of captain and crew.
The large cockpit with cockpit table is great for dining above decks or entertaining. And the innovative, lowering swim platform with swim ladder makes swimming a breeze and adds to the security of the cockpit while raised and secured while underway.
ELECTRICAL
220v electrical with 220v and 110v inverters. USB ports in salon allow for easy charging of portable devices. 300w of solar provide ample power for all system aboard with the 4x 165amp AGM betteries. The portable and efficient gas Honda generator serves as an excellent supplemental power source.
PLUMBING
137gal of water tankage (thanks to an optional, second tank) is almost unheard of for a boat this size and, coupled with the watermaker, allows you to go on extended cruises without having to worry about meeting your water needs. The freshwater system is pressurized and provides hot water via the water heater or by running the engine.
GENERAL INTERIOR AND COMFORT
The benefits of the beam carrying after are evident as soon as you venture below. The entire area belowdecks feels spacious and is also light and airy thanks to the numerous tempered hatches and ports and the added DC-powered fans. The styling belowdecks is both modern and understated and provides extensive storage throughout. The lighting is LED and all cabins feature reading lights.
Overall, while many monohulls feel a bit constraining below, the Hanse 415 instead is inviting and makes it a pleasure to spend time aboard for indefinite periods of time.
MAIN SALON
The spacious salon offers plenty of headroom, storage and a large settee to starboard (convertible to another berth), and additional seating plus nav station to port. USB charging ports for easy charging of personal devices.
GALLEY
The L-shaped galley provides ample cooking working space and an amount of storage not normally seen in vessels of this size. The double sink provides pressurized hot and ambient temperature water. The gimbaled 2-burner propane stove, oven, and the grill above decks will meet all of your cooking needs. While the durable quartz countertops, like so much of this vessel, add to the luxurious styling.
FORWARD STATEROOM
The forward stateroom has a large v-berth,is very bright thanks to two overhead hatches, and has a private head. Worth mentioning yet again is the plethora of storage space. The lockers feature hanging space, standard shelves, and segmented shelving to organize smaller items.
AFT STATEROOMS
The aft staterooms feature a nearly queen-sized berth and large lockers with hanging and shelf space. They are large enough to be a permanent cabin for family/crew or can be used to store additional gear for long trips.
HEADS
There are two heads aboard with the forward head being a private head for the forward (main) cabin. The basin in each is stylish and offers a lot more space than your typical onboard “sink” and keeps splashing to a minimum. There is plenty of natural light and storage in each head, and each head as its own 9gal holding tank. The aft/port side head also has a separate, enclosed shower with plenty of working room.

**Fully cruising ready with many manufacturer upgrades and recent additions**
The Hanse 415 is proof that not all production performance cruisers are created equal. The fine lines are unmistakable, and so is the quality of construction/materials and impressive speed and response under sail. Designed to be singlehanded, the Hanse 415 also boasts very comfortable and generous living for up to a small family both above and belowdecks.
The 415 is built to handle more challenging conditions than your average production cruiser. The bulkheads are laminated to the hull and the balsa cored deck above the waterline (solid FG below) is reinforced with a solid fiberglass grid. Unlike a Hunter or Beneteau, you'll see these boats cruising the world.
As you'll see in the details and photos, "Swallow" is a very fine example of an upgraded and well-maintained Hanse 415 with a laundry list of recent upgrades and service! The current owners have finished their successful cruise, and everything conveys with the boat. Reach out today to request a full equipment list and arrange a showing. You truly can’t get another better performance cruiser at this price!
