Description

Disclaimer

The Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. A buyer should instruct his agents, or his surveyors, to investigate such details as the buyer desires validated. This vessel is offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice.

Exceptional beyond comparison to any others marketed.  The true length of the vessel is 48' 1" with the highest power option from the builder consisting of Caterpillar marine Power 3406 800 h.p. turbo-charged closed-cooled diesels. Centerline main helm with an extended hardtop. Custom Pipewelders tower with flybridge along with a third-level upper helm. The tower itself actually has four levels with one of them designated for the open array radar. Rupp outriggers, forward and aft L.E.D. flood lights (new), multi-color overhead L.E.D. lighting on all hardtops (new), ACR Electronics L.E.D. remote spotlight (new), underwater lighting, four new antennas, Direct tv Trackvision (new), Aft cockpit docking/back-down (fourth) controls.  No expense on maintenance and upgrades has ever been spared. Upgrades/options on this vessel are nearly endless including all-new ZF electric/throttles on all four stations.  Electronics are new at every station including Garmin (multi-screen) flat panel displays with interfaced high-definition open array radar/chart plotting/map/auto-pilot/sonar/temp/speed and log. All exterior upholstery including the main cockpit/aft coming pads/flybridge and upper tower have all been re-fitted to the highest standards imaginable. The canvas and enclosures have been replaced at all locations including EZ2CY at the main helm/Stratoglass cruise curtain and aft (slant) curtain.  Custom covers for all helm locations are new as well.  The windshield system has also been restored to factory-new condition which involved the application of a new Awlgrip resurfacing with all new seals installed.  New (white) windshield sunscreen/covers were custom-made to complete and protect this process of windshield restoration.  All of the original items mentioned were actually in very good condition but simply not good enough for the meticulous owner who has done nothing short of throwing endless amounts of money, thought, time, and over-development into making this vessel truly one of a kind and a boat that is admired from anyone who sees her.  All of the hull and deck gel-coat finishes are original and surface perfect to a point where one might think that they have been either newly re-gel-coated or re-surfaced with Imron or Awlgrip-type products. They have not. The hull bottom (February 2022) was media blasted, epoxy barrier coated, and finish painted with (black) VC Offshore anti-fouling along with all sacrificials being replaced.  The long list of options includes (but is not limited to) a new Flir Night Vision interfaced and Garmin camera system presently being installed.  Other options also include a Pompanette rod holder table/post at the centerline cockpit interchangeable with a Blue Water fighting chair, Blue Water bridge helm seat with matching companion seat, Stidd electric helm seat in the lower station with matching (removable) companion/mate seat far to starboard, Reverse Osmosis water maker with (new) Dolphin Series controller, Eskimo Ice Corp. ice maker/chipper designated for the cockpit sole located fish well/box, galley and aft cockpit well freezers, cockpit/wet bar Raritan ice maker.  Mechanical/machinery options not previously listed also include rudder indication, Glendenning engines synchronizer, ZF transmission trolling valves, Caterpillar multi-function displays, forward and aft fuel tank transfer pump for transitioning 1000 gallons of fuel capacity, automatic oil changing system, Groco engine water pick-ups with external hinged clean-outs, Groco damage pump valve system coupled to engine water pumps, Sea-fire automatic fire extinguishing system, dual station cockpit air/heat systems, cabin air/heat system, built-in AMSEC combination safe (forward master stateroom located).  Galley options include (two) side-by-side refrigerators along with a top counter access freezer box, 1/2 h.p. garbage disposal (new), ISE hot water dispenser along with standard hot and cold pressurized water. Cabin appointments include an L-lounge seating area containing a fold-out queen-size bed, flat-panel televisions, a large back-lit fold-down bar, a custom salon table, and a dual entry door enclosed head with a separate shower stall. The master stateroom is bulkhead and door privatized forward to bow with a queen island bed.  The cabin headliner/upholstery/counters/joinery/woodwork/teak and holly floors are in like-new showroom condition. Everything within the description of this vessel has not been exaggerated by any means and has to be seen in person to experience and appreciate exactly what is newly being marketed. This vessel is professionally washed weekly and bottom cleaned once a month.  Owner/captain/crew consistently maintains every need and detail.  Different health conditions now prevent usage to justify continued ownership. Originally to be marketed at $595,000.00  New to the market and priced at a reduction to $499,000.00  SERIOUS offers will be considered.  Mistake this vessel to no others.  This must be seen in person.  For serious inquiries please call/text or if need be email Dean for more information @ (586)557-0572
