Thank you for looking at our 2021 Sun Tracker Sportfish XP3! (Hull ID: BUJ31504D021) We have only had in on the water a total of 9 times since it was purchased new in August 2020, thus the reason for the unusually low hours (just under 27). (The motor is a 2020 Mercury 150hp Serial #2B752465, was new at time of purchase, just happened to be a 2020 model motor installed on a 2021 boat). It is ready to go on the water today.We are selling it because we don't use it enough, and we wish to simplify our lives a bit.It has been kept indoors in climate controlled storage every day that we did not have it on the water, so it still looks brand new, I would estimate the mileage on the trailer (also a 2021 model, VIN 7J513VR21MB001040) to be under 500, most of that being to and from Cabela's, where we purchased it. We have only had it in the water at Horsetooth Reservoir and Carter Lake here in northern Colorado, both freshwater lakes.The only modification is the addition of the double bimini, which is a Suntracker brand part and matches up with the original bimini perfectly. Most of the pictures you see are from before the 2nd bimini was installed, and I apologize for not having pictures uploaded that show the bimini totally opened up.The battery has been kept on a trickle charger when not in use, to ensure good longevity.The motor has had it's initial 20 hour service. It runs exactly as it should: smooth and quiet. I followed all of the manufacturer suggestions for proper break-in.As we do not intend to move on to another boat, we are including all of the goodies: a couple of barely used towables (and the ski mast needed for towing, which can no longer be purchased on new Suntracker pontoon boats), a couple of anchors (and associated ropes).From the manufacturer: "For families that enjoy a variety of activities throughout their on-the-water outings, the SPORTFISH 22 XP3 is a pontoon boat that’s ready to rock.
