- Put Supavla 21, Split, Croatia
The shipbuilding industry of Split is located in Split, the regional center of the eastern Adriatic Sea and the second largest city of Croatia, whose history dates back to the time of the Roman emperor Diocletian. The significant development of shipbuilding in these areas begins with the creation of several small capital repair shipyards and their association in 1922.
Over the past 70 years, more than 450 vessels with a total capacity of more than 10 million tons have been delivered from the shipyard. 80% of Brodysplit products account for foreign buyers. Many of these ships have received recognition from renowned international organizations. In the past twenty years alone, ten warships of Split have entered the list of the best projects in their categories. The authority that Brodosplit has today in the international shipbuilding community, and the trust that numerous customers place on its experts, is the result of many years of successful work and the high quality of a wide range of products.
Years of experience and knowledge of our shipbuilders in the construction of complex vessels for various purposes - from passenger, commercial, container, transportation, liquid and bulk cargoes, freezers, excavators to other specialized types and warships - make Brodosplit a successful and world-famous shipyard.
