MARINA PEZ VELA is located in Quepos, Costa Rica, near Manuel Antonio National Park. Situated on 39+ acres of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the marina design consists of 290 wet slips for boats up to 200 ft, dry storage for vessels up to 35 ft & when completed will provide the only full-service marina facility in Costa Rica staffed by certified technicians. The first phase of the marina wet slips is now complete including 100 wet berths up to 200 ft. Current Marina services for wet slip users include; 24-hour access to the docks, security, restrooms & shower facilities, cell phone service, electrical hook-ups, high speed internet access, fresh water, parking, trash removal, golf cart service, concierge, and a fully stocked marine store for supplies. Upland development plans are in the process of zoning plan approval and the Marina expects to facilitate hospitality, residential and retail developments in the future. Options to lease or purchase a wet slip are available. Pricing for purchase of a wet slip begins at $175,000.
