Marina Ashkelon is one of the most advanced and beautiful marinas in Israel, and a southern gateway to the Mediterranean Sea.  Ashkelon Marina opened in 1995, a focal point in the development of the Ashkelon coastal strip which is now a popular international tourist destination.   Managed by the Ashkelon Economic Company, the marina hosts thousands of visitors every year keen to enjoy sailing and water sports, and the marina is also a popular venue for  sailing regattas.
