As a home port in protected waters, Fleming Island Marina is only a few hours’ sail away from the IntraCoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Many cruising destinations are within one day’s sail – Cumberland Island National Seashore, Fernandina Beach, and historic St. Augustine. Of course only a few more days puts you in the tropical islands of the Bahamas! Fleming Isalnd Marina is 23 miles inland from the ICW on one of the nation’s historic and scenic rivers. Coming through downtown Jacksonville, you’ll pass The Landing, the Riverwalk, and a number of great waterside restaurants. You’ll cruise by river banks covered with cypress trees and water oaks teeming with beautiful wildlife. Be on the lookout for manatees, alligators, bald eagles, herons and a multitude of water birds. Stay with us for a few days while exploring the St. Johns! The climate-controlled bathhouse is located adjacent to a landscaped picnic area and covered pavilion. Our boating families have frequent picnics under our pavillion. We offer wireless internet and free ice!
