Palm Bay Club & Marina is a secluded, privately owned and operated marina located on the western shore of the Intracoastal Waterway just South of mile marker 28. Access to the Atlantic is about equi-distant from Government Cut and Haulover Inlet. Maximum clearance of 56’ from the south is controlled by the I-195 (Julia Tuttle) Bridge. The Marina features: 50 slip marina with new fixed docks, slips available up to 120’, deep-water approach (8’ at Mean Low Water), electric: 30, 50, or 100 amp single-phase metered service, in-slip pump-out service, marine mechanics and underwater divers on call, fuel delivery available with 24 hour notice, WiFi and expanded cable TV, restrooms, showers and laundry, complimentary ice and free parking, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lighted tennis court. Gated premises with 24-hour on-site security, marina gated with card key access and roving security at night.Dockmaster on duty 7 days per week, monitoring VHF channel 16.
