Rosendal Hamn Marina

Rosendal, the heart of the Hardanger Fjord, is one of the best known and most visited places in Norway. Rosendal has Norway's only Barony which is also the only castle in Norway besides the Kings' castle in Oslo. The Barony is now a museum but thanks to the couple who have been mangers of the Barony for the last 25 years it has become a centre of culture - especially intimate concerts with the best performers in Norway. It has an excellent small, charming restaurant and a garden cafe. Rosendal has a Stone Park showing the different types of stones native to the area. You will find several cafes and restaurants and also art galleries. There are numerous beautiful walks that can be made around Rosendal and tours on foot with guide on the glacier can also be organised.
