The Bavaria R40 Coupe cruise yacht was presented at the 2017 Boat Show in Cannes. The ship was designed by the shipyard’s design bureau, called Bavaria Yachtbau, which this time designed the ship in a sporty style. The yacht received extensive panoramic glazing of the entire cabin, an opening sunroof on the superstructure, a large number of opening portholes and hatches in the cabins, as well as a glass door in the stern of the vessel, which serves as an exit to the shaded terrace. The terrace in the stern, at the touch of a button, can turn into open or shaded, depending on the weather or customer preferences. The cabin of the yacht is decorated with mahogany in light tones and is available in several colors to the customer's choice.
On the main deck there is a control post, a dining area, as well as a kitchen with stove, oven, sink and storage space for groceries. To relax on the Bavaria R40 Coupe, there are wide deck chairs in the bow of the vessel, a shaded terrace with a large corner sofa and a folding table, as well as a folding hydraulic transom, which provides convenient access to water. On the lower deck are two cabins with wide double beds and a separate bathroom for each of the cabins. In total, including the crew, the yacht can accommodate up to 12 people.
Two diesel engines from Volvo, with a total capacity of 440 hp and up to 740 hp, are at the owner's choice for the ship's driving performance. The fuel tank is designed for 900 liters of fuel, and the fresh water tank is provided for 350 liters.
