The Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 sailing catamaran debuted at the 2016 International Boat Show in Dusseldorf and is one of the shipyard's widest models. The design of this multihull catamaran was carried out by the shipyard design bureau, together with renowned master of design Olivier Racoupeau and Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, which paid a lot of attention to safety, as evidenced by the wide transitions between the cabins and the large number of handrails. The yacht received continuous panoramic glazing of the entire cabin, many opening windows with shutters and a glass door at the stern of the vessel, which serves as an exit to the terrace. The salon is finished in light mahogany wood and is available in several configurations to choose from.
The Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 saloon has a spacious saloon with a corner sofa and a folding table, as well as a kitchen with a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator and storage space for food supplies. For relaxation, there is a flybridge with a full-fledged helm station and a folding bimini top, wide sun loungers in the bow of the ship, and a spacious shaded deck aft with several sofas and tables. Directly from the terrace you can go to the transom, which offers easy access to the water. The yacht has four cabins with double beds and a private bathroom in each of them.
Two diesel engines from Volvo, with a total power of 40 hp, are responsible for the ship's driving performance. The fuel tank is designed for 300 liters, the fresh water tank is designed for 500 liters.
The Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 model can be used for going out to sea or long sea voyages, which is confirmed by its classification - B.Sea Craft.
