Nimbus 305 DROPHEAD - an open cruise boat with a length of 10 meters is available from 2016, is designed for eight people and is designed to go to sea for one or several days. The basis was the 305 Coupe, but the hardtop was replaced by a folding awning.
The hull is made in the Smart Speed concept - high sides for the safety of passengers in the middle, the shape of the bottom and keel provide stability at all speeds, reducing fuel consumption.
The sunbathing area is located in the bow, at the stern there is a relaxation area and a swimming platform, in the cockpit there is a galley, a control panel and a dining area. The table in the cabin is transformed into a double bed, the cockpit and the stern become a single space thanks to the folding sofa, the control station is equipped with an on-board computer Volvo-Penta and the plotter Simrad 9 NSS. The bathing platform, aft deck and cockpit are on the same level. The layout of the lower deck includes a bathroom, a master cabin and a guest cabin. The design uses acrylic textiles, mahogany and materials in beige and blue tones that can withstand the sun, salt water and wear.
Nimbus 305 DROPHEAD is available with Volvo Penta diesel engines with 110-220 hp. or equipped with Torqeedo electric power plants.
