Rodman Muse 54 is a planing yacht with a flybridge 16.72 meters long and 4.75 meters wide. This is the first boat from the Muse series, developed in collaboration with the Italian architect Fulvio De Simoni. In 2007 she received the World Yacht Trophies awards: for the best design, the best innovation and the best interior design. In 2013, the model was restyled. The yacht accommodates 16 people and is designed to go to sea no more than 200 miles from the coast.
The flybridge accommodates: sunbeds for sunbathing on the bow, a control post and a double armchair on the starboard side, a barbecue area with a table, a refrigerator, a sink and a sofa in the aft. The salon is divided into two parts: a control post and a galley on a raised platform, down to the dining area from folding sofas and a table. The exit is separated by a sliding door with curtains. There is a sunbathing area with soft sunbeds on the nose, in the cockpit there is a ladder for climbing onto the flybridge, sofa and access to the swimming platform. The control station is equipped with an autopilot, GPS, echo sounder, bow thruster and radar. The layout of the lower deck is represented by two bathrooms, a master cabin in the bow and two guest cabins on the sides.
On the yacht Rodman Muse 54, two stationary Volvo engines are installed according to the choice of the owner: with a shaft of 800 hp. or with an IPS system complete with a 900 hp joystick, which makes maneuvering easier. The boat has a cruising speed of 26 knots, a maximum of 32 knots and an economical one of 18 knots. The range is 420 miles.
