This beautiful "fresh water" Island Packet 420 has had two owners, both licensed captains, and the boat has basically been kept at the dock of the original owner on Lake Wilson on the Tenn Tom waterway.
Her electronics were replaced in 2006 with E-Series Raymarine charts and everything is in working order. Sails are in excellent condition and exterior canvas was replaced in 2018.
