SAILS CONSIST OF: A fully battened mainsail with a new [2018] Lazy Jack stowage system. The sail stowage bag over the boom is of Sunbrella fabric with a continuous zipper. The sail was provided with new SS sail cars [in 2018] while the mast track was upgraded with a Tide Strong Track system [in 2018] to prevent sticking of the sail as it drops. The new continuous zipper sail stowage bag is covered with the original sail cover to provide added sun and water protection while at dock [this can be seen in pics]. The genoa is reefed with a smooth action Schaefer brand furling. She is provided with UV protection and in 2021 the genoa is double protected with a Sunbrella fabric sleeve to cover the entire genoa when at dock to prevent sail degradation. For down wind sailing a telescoping whisker pole is conveniently attached to the forward side of the mast.
0THER NAV EQUIPMENT: Automatic Identification System [AIS], Radar Reflector, back up Garmin chart plotter at navigation station in salon, Emergency position Indicating Radio Beacon {EPIRB], Winslow 6 person life raft.

This is a true off the grid race/cruise 38.0 sailboat that has sailed in comfort from our home in Florida up the east coast to Bar Harbor Main and back, makes regular trips to the Florida Keys and up the west coast to Sarasota, back thru the Keys and ultimately back home again. If you prefer to anchor in comfort & luxury and use marinas specifically for fuel and water replenishment then this is the boat equipped to do just that.
Haleyanna's off the grid capabilities are possible due to her solar panel array, wind generator, inboard 3.5KW diesel generator, a power management monitoring & control system that maintains her two, new 4D, AGM Lifeline house batteries at a 12.6 volts 90% of the time. This occurs without using the 3.5KW generator [which is seldom used and has very few hours] but if needed it is sufficient enough to power two DC air conditioners [16000 BTU & 12000BTU] while swinging at anchor.
Haleyanna's 4 ft 10 in wing keel is perfect for shallow water sailing in the Keys, thruout the Bahamas and when traveling the Intercoastal waters. In addition, her 6 ft 9 in head room in the salon adds to the feeling of volume and comfort when down below.
Many additions and upgrades have been made to Haleyanna over the last 4 years. If you are a serious buyer I will e mail you a complete list of upgrades with date completed.
NOTE: I reside in St Augustine. The boat Is kept in Daytona Beach at Halafax Harbor Marina. She is available for showing anytime.
