Galley Equipment

2-burner propane stove, oven works great; starter replaced and rebuilt.  Gas valve replaced 2014.  OEM upgrade to DC refrigerator (OEM) keeps your groceries well cooled.  Pantry lockers, double sink, ample cabinets for drinkware and dishes; cutting boards fit over sink.  Exterior LPG tank (recertified) and locker aft, convenient for a grill you add on!

Mechanical Equipment

Air Conditioning on The Bay!  Upgraded for cool summer days and nights (when plugged into shore power), extend your sailing season with air conditioning in the heat and heat in the shoulder seasons.  Unusual in a 32-ft boat, modern AC makes July and August accessible to enjoy your new boat when you are at the dock!

Great set of OEM equipment. Engine professionally maintained, very low hours.  Starter wire upgraded to tinned stranded wire per industry standard.

House and starter AGM batteries upgraded 2020 with NoCo 10A, 2 channel shore charger.

Converted one 'cigarette'-style power outlet to USB.

Accommodations

Forward V-berth great for kids, friendly adults, with overhead hatch.

Spatious cabin with wood interior, upgraded LED lighting, installed LED TV, drop-down table makes a double bed for extra guests.  Head doubles as shower.

Deck and Hull Equipment

All lines (new!) lead aft for single-handed sailing.  Main and secondary winches stripped, cleaned by hand, and rebuild within last 5 years; starboard 40 winch reset for easier access and cleaning.  Corner seating aft for the best views!

Akvavit is a great Chesapeake cruiser, ready to blast around the Bay at 7 knots on a beam reach, tuck into a shallow creek with its 4'3" draft, and motor on the calm days with its well-maintained, low hours Yanmar diesel engine.  

Akvavit comes with a West Marine dinghy and Lehr propane dinghy 5hp motor.
