Accommodations

A hard-to-find Europa-style flybridge trawler yacht. The high and flared bow, protected side decks and cockpit, and ample foredeck (with electric windlass) make this boat a pleasure for handling dock lines and fenders as well as anchoring. The expansive fly bridge, with new canvas and strataglass windows on three sides, provides a comfortable and protected helm and lounging area. Below decks the saloon and galley are spacious, air-conditioned, and well-lit with windows all around. The fore-cabin has a large berth with ample hanging locker and other stowage. In the salon the dining table lowers to make a comfortable double berth, and, if needed, the port settee pulls out to make another berth. The heads compartment is well-sized and has a new toilet. Aft of the saloon, there is a large cockpit with a substantial lazarette beneath and an opening transom door to the swim platform.. The well-maintained 120hp Ford Lehman diesel engine with 300 gallons of fuel, in two tanks, enables a range of up to 1,000 nm, and the 4 Kw Kohler generator provides plenty of power to run the air-conditioning, microwave, etc, when needed away from the dock. The solar panels and dedicated battery bank allow for use of the household fridge, coffee maker, and other 120v appliances without the use of the generator while travelling or at anchor. Comfortable, good-looking and reliable trawler in very good condition that, besides being an excellent live-aboard, is very capable of cruising Florida, the Panhandle, the Dry Tortugas, the Florida Keys, and the Bahamas – or the Loop (or just relaxing at the dock).
