The company normally acts as brokers for the vendor who unless otherwise stated, is not selling in the course of a business. General note on safety equipment: Any safety equipment such as liferaft, fire extinguishers and flares etc., are usually personal to the current owner(s) and if being left on board as part of the sale of a used vessel, may require routine servicing, replacement, or changing to meet a new owner’s specific needs.
The Hanse 315 combines attractive lines with a comfortable cruising layout, good all-round performance, and an easily handled rig. Tampico has the desirable shallow draft keel, ideal for general cruising and exploring shallower waters, a self-tacking jib for easy short-handed sailing, and the more modern feeling lighter wood interior which is now highly sought after. Her excellent inventory includes Lewmar wheel steering, diesel heating, hot water, chart plotter with AIS receiver, and a six-person liferaft. Although currently winterised (hence older interior pictures) we would recommend early viewing to avoid disappointment as she has clearly been very well cared for and is likely to be one of the best available.
