Conscience Point Marina

Not a transient facility, seasonal only, May 1- October 31. 1976 North Sea Road, Southampton. Originally a shipyard, this picturesque 64-slip marina situated on the North Sea Harbor was part of a five-acre parcel purchased by the Town of Southampton in January 2003 with Community Preservation Funds. Included on the parcel is the notable 3-story Conscience Point Inn, which is currently being assessed for renovations. –> 20 floating dock slips, 44 bulkhead slip with electric, winter storage available with 10 in-water slips and space for 35 dry-dock boats. APPLICATION INFORMATION -Applications for the waitlist will be accepted at the Town of Southampton Parks & Recreation Dept. beginning December 1, 2007 ? February 1, 2008. -Lottery (if necessary) will be conducted in February. -Selected applicants will be required to make a $500.00 non-refundable deposit prior to March 15, 2008 to secure the slip. The balance to be paid on or before April 15, 2008. (Mastercard & Visa. Checks payable to: Town of Southampton) -All applications must include a copy of the boats registration as well as proof of Town of Southampton Full Time Resident/Taxpayer status.
