The motor yacht Azimut Magellano 53 was launched in 2013 at the International Boat Show in Dusseldorf. The ship was designed by the famous marine architect and designer, Bill Dicks, who emphasized the practicality and versatility of the yacht. Thanks to the well-thought-out hull design, the vessel can successfully move both in displacement and in planing mode. The yacht received continuous glazing throughout the cabin and large portholes in the cabins, which are decorated in the Italian style. The customer has several colors and trim materials to choose from.
This 17-meter yacht differs from previous models in a large space in the cabins and on the deck, while the layout of the interior has not changed much. To relax with the company, there is a flybridge, deck chairs in the bow and a shaded terrace, from which you can go to the folding transom with a hydraulic drive. On the flybridge there is a recreation area with a small refrigerator and a full-fledged control post. The Azimut Magellano 53 has a dining area, a control room, and a galley with a stove, oven, sink and storage space for groceries. On the lower deck there are three guest rooms and one crew cabin. The VIP cabin received windows on both sides, two sofas and was slightly smaller in size than the owner’s cabin. The owner’s cabin is distinguished by a more spacious bathroom, wardrobe with a safety deposit box built into it and opening portholes.
For driving performance Azimut Magellano 53 meet two Cummins gross engine with a total capacity of 1000 hp, and the fuel tank is designed for 3200 liters of fuel. At a cruising speed of 16 knots and with a half load, the ship is able to overcome up to 500 sea knots.
