Beneteau Antares 9 OB is an outboard pleasure boat, in production since 2017. The vessel with a fiberglass hull has a length of 9 m and two passenger cabins on the lower deck. The boat received a panoramic glazing of the sides, a glazed cabin with a movable hardtop and an outboard power unit, which saves fuel and deck space.
On the upper deck of this cruiser, designed for 10 passengers, a glazed cabin is installed. It has a control post with a comfortable skipper chair, which is on the same level as the dining area of the terrace. It has a sofa and a folding table, which can be removed and transformed into a beach club with a sunbed for relaxation. On the cockpit is a corner sofa with storage lockers and the ability to install a telescopic table. On the starboard side you can go to the bathing platform with a retractable staircase.
The galley on the Beneteau Antares 9 OB is located right behind the helmsman’s seat and is equipped with a stove, mini fridge, microwave, oven, cupboards.
From the upper deck, a staircase leads to the lower deck to two double cabins with panoramic windows and a shared bathroom.
The French shipyard Beneteau recommends two outboard engines Honda with a capacity of 115-200 hp to complete this boat. Dealers offer power plants Suzuki, Mercury, Mercury Verado, Yamaha with the same power range. The ship is certified for CE seaworthiness, which implies its operation in coastal waters with a capacity of up to 10 guests, and when placing up to 6 passengers it can go to the open sea.
